Q: AOL username to Apple ID balance transfer?

All you will be doing is updating your existing account to have a different id on it, so your balance and its past purchases should remain on it, it's only it's identifier that's being changed

Credits did not transfer ...any thoughts on how to make this work. I have over $50.

Did you get it figured out? I sent an email to support and they can't even understand my question. It is like they have no knowledge of AOL usernames being shut down at the end of March. Thought I'd try here before I try again with email.

If it's an iTunes balance (and not something related to AOL) then it should have remained on the account. You've tried logging out and back into the account ?
