Feb 22, 2015 10:41 AM in response to Yslamby ChrisJ4203,I repeat the contact the carrier issue. Also, check in Settings>Cellular and make sure you have LTE enabled, and ask the carrier if your SIM has been provisioned for LTE.

Feb 22, 2015 10:53 AM in response to Yslamby ChrisJ4203,Is your cellular provider a supported provider for the iPhone? Did you purchase the iPhone in the country that you are using it? If the answer to those questions is yes, then you need to contact the carrier to have them check your account. Since the iPhone 6 Plus requires a different SIM than the 5c, your carrier could have made an error when setting up your account.
