Glossary and tables
Text inside TABLE cannot be added to glossary. I’m trying to add a glossary index link to a word in a table but the Add Link button is greyed out. Please advice. Thank you

unfortunately, it can't done. I suspect that's because you can't add hyperlinks to table cell content, and glossary items are like hyperlinks. Just for fun, I tried to trick the system by creating a list of items using tabs and carriage returns, and making some of text as glossy items. I then converted the text not a table, but while the glossary items were still there, they weren't hyperlinked anymore. I also think that's because the iBook reader does have a built-in glossary feature which in a way eliminates the need for a manual one which would be hard to manage.
