when i hit reply my emails go to out box -all other emails are sent ( reply to or forward or new emails)

HI,


I have an ipad 2 and when I hit reply on emails they all go to out box and stay there. all other emails are sent. I have powered off and on and rebooted. Any ideas how to solve the problem
