I can not order any albums from iPhoto

I can not order any albums from iPhoto any more. I have iPhoto 7.1.5 and my mac is OSX 10.6.8. I tried to purchase iPhoto 9.6 and am rejected, stating I must have OS 10.10 or later.... and I also can not upgrade to 10. 10.

Any ideas how I can get my album ordered?
