I just updated iTunes to 12.1.1 on my laptop as it prompted me to and now it just wont work if it loads at all it becomes unresponsive when i try to connect ipad or iphone.
I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still the same i cant seem to go back to the old version so im now stuck on what to do.
Any ideas
