i have a new ipod nano and want to download the songs from my itunes library on my new laptop?

i have a new laptop. now i have a new ipod nano 7th generation, and want to download my music to it? it tells me i cant download my music until authorise the new laptop PC to do so? how do i do that?

When you are in iTunes, click on the Store option in the menu. Then you will see an option to "authorize this computer."
