This is a use to user forum - you are not addressing Apple here - they dont monitor these forums - you need to address your question directly to Apple
$269 is the out of warranty price for an iPhone 5 in the US. You would have to
check with Apple Brazil for the cost there. Your out of warranty replacement will
be the same color, memory, lock/unlock status as the iPhone you are replacing.
You cannot pay extra to upgrade to an iPhone 6.

Out-of-Warranty Service If you own an iPhone that is ineligible for warranty service but is eligible for out-of-warranty (OOW) service, Apple will service your iPhone for the out-of-warranty service fee listed below.Prices applicable for Sao Paulo.
