Nano 7 multi touch screen issues

The ipod nano 7th gen wont sync in I tunes anymore even when the icon for it is there, music and podcasts

When try to get podcasts video settings cant get into it so cant access the Bluetooth anymore as well as other things.

It has access to music photos nike fitness that is it, the other stuff sits there but cant enter it.

Why has it locked it out

The previous nano 7th used to pause and stop music after turning the headphone jack in the socket so replaced it with a brand new one, less then a year old its causing trouble again.

It could be due to movement as I jog with it, and it used to go lock it self out of things then, music volume bar would freeze podcasts wouldn't play

Tried resetting it, and restoring it, what else can I try nothing else out there has similar issues with the touch screen.

This is the second post no help Im slowly losing faith in Apple.
