Beats by Dre Warranty

My solo beats were purchased as a present for me in November from a store on a military base. I did not get the receipt from this purchase (as it was a gift). The sound in one of the ears has suddenly greatly diminished and is not functioning properly. I am wondering if anyone knows if I am still covered under the one year warranty (if I do not have the receipt)?
