my whatsapp needs to be updated, so i can use it. cant update my whatsapp because the apple id that is setup to update that is no longer valid. i tried to change my apple id but when i try to update it gives me the invalid apple id. is there a way to change my apple id for that app?
All apps (and any other content that you download from the store) are tied to the account that downloaded it, only that account will be able to download updates to its apps - that can't be changed.
If you want to be able to download updates to the app with a different account then you will have to delete the app from your device and download the app with the account that you now want to use

i have WhatsApp application with different account so I cannot update the program with my iCloud/itunes account. of course you are saying you can delete an app. than download one more time the update problem will fix but when I delete the whatsapp program right on time I will loose my conversations in my phone and iCloud (I think) so how to keep my conversations on iCloud after delete WhatsApp and reload?
is this a way to keep my conversations on iCloud like this: if I close iCloud Drive than delete WhatsApp than reload again (with my new account) than open the iCloud can I bring back my messages from iCloud Drive?
means:
close iCloud Drive -> delete WhatsApp -> re install WhatsApp -> open iCloud Drive
is it work to keep my conversations?
