Hey Jcipp,
It would be hard to say why without seeing it, but I would check to see if Showtime is hidden from the main menu. To do that go to Settings > Main Menu and find Showtime to see if it is hidden. I would also check to make sure your Apple TV is up to date with its software. Take a look at the articles below for more information.
