I have mini ipad s/N F4pk430LF196 i forgets email id n password

What I do is go into notes example iTunes. Write in note iTunes iD. Xxxxxxxxcc. Then P/W ?????? If you forget going your note and it will be there saved. I am also trying to see if you can you the same ID for ITunes Cloud and other things hope this can help for now
