Phone constantly asking for old iCloud id that is inactive email, don't know password

My iPhone 6 constantly asks for my old Apple id password to log into iCloud. This id is an inactive email that I dont know the password to so I cannot sign in or delete it from icloud on my phone. I also don't remember the security questions. It will not let me use texts or calls and the settings crash whenever I access them. Anyone have a solution or similar problem?

If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud - Apple Support

And when I try to change my id to previous one it says it's unavailable

You mean you don't know anyone who has a phone that you could borrow to call Apple? And you don't have a computer that you could use to contact them using online support? In that case, how did you post to this forum? And you couldn't use Skype or another Internet phone service to call them?
