One way text message

I only have a problem sending sms messages to one person, I receive all of the messages they send me but they don't receive mine even though I dont get a '!' for the failed sending. I have a 5s they have a galaxy 4, Sprint is our provider. I have done the basic trouble shooting (restarting phone, toggling imessage on and off, and other message settings) We were able to send them at one point in time so I'm curious if it has to do with an update or something. Thanks for any help

I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with your iPhone and Messages. It sounds like you have been on the right track in your troubleshooting. If you are having issues sending messages to a specific contact and the issue only started recently, you may want to verify to see if the messages are being sent as iMessages or SMS messages (blue or green text bubbles), and/or if they have ever had an iPhone in the past. Did this person previously have an iPhone? If so, have that person de-register their iMessage here:
