iTunes Match

Hello,

I Bought iTunes match with my home Apple ID (my personal) on my Macbook then I used my relatives Apple ID to download some of the music he had. After I downloaded music from his account I tried to put some of my music on the cloud but it says I can only use one Apple ID every 90 days. What happens with the iTunes subscription? Does it still count as 3 months or does it sort of pause? Anther concern is that I bought an album from the band site and they sent a download code then I put the music files on my iTunes but i can't upload them to the cloud because I can only use iTunes account within 90 days.
