Hi, I can't do a screen recording with quicktime pro 7 on my macbook pro with Yosemite 10.2...Does anyone has a clue?

QuickTime 7 doesn't have that functionality.

how should I do this? I don't have it anymore....
If you have it in a backup, restore it from there. If not, back up your data, restart with the Command and R keys held down, and reinstall Mac OS X.
