It appears that one of my Contacts is calling me, but it is actually a spam phone call when I answer. Do I have a virus?

You do not have a virus, as has been said.

Most likely, the phone spammers are simply spoofing your friend's number using caller ID, but they are not actually calling from that number. This is unlikely to happen by coincidence, though, which means these spammers know enough about you and your friend to be targeting you specifically with calls from his number. He should report this to his phone company, and you should talk to your phone company to see if the actual source of these calls can be traced and reported to the police.
