how can i change my apple id security question anwsers

I am having problems resetting my security question answers. I have tried the steps that are recommended several times and all I can seem to do is keep timing out my apple ID. is there a better way to reset them without me trying to tear my hair out from frustration.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
