I have a unlocked A1530 Iphone 5s that is not in English how do I get it to be ? Also it has a little dot you tap on that brings up 4 things help !

4 things: You can switch Assistive Touch OFF in Settings > General > Accessibility > Assistive Touch: here
Language: Settings > General > Language & Region > iPhone Language > here and check the other options as well.
