Hi! The display preferences icon on the top right corner is constantly visible after booting my Macbook. As if I would have plugged in a second screen, which I didn't. This wasn't the case before. Is this ok or is the port/software somehow damaged?

Hello!

As the title says the icon for display preferences is always visible and won't disappear. It seems as if I would have plugged in a second monitor, which I didn't. The preference only shows the build in display. Is this alright? My Macbook didn't do this before. Im worried that the port may be damaged somehow or anything like that.

Thanks for your time!

Best,

Matthias
