I have received an email saying that I accessed my iCloud from an iPhone 6 which I don't have. Scam??

i have received an email from 'iTunes security team' about my id being used to access iCloud with an iphone 6 which I don't have. Scam?? And can I forward this on to the real security team. Thanks

If the message is not addressed to you by name and asks you to follow a link (which if you hover over it - don't click it - you should see the URL and probably isn't an apple.com one) then it's a scam. You can forward it to reportphishing@apple.com


If it's addressed to you by name then there may be a security issue and you should contact Support. This Apple Help page provides contact information for various countries for security problems with an Apple ID:
