Q: Emails will receive incoming but outgoing says offline

I have had all the same email addresses set up on my iMac for months and in the last few weeks my outgoing mail will not send off my smtp-outlook server anymore?

It will still receive all incoming, but nothing is outgoing. I have checked all the settings and they are all filled in as they were originally, and they are the same as my Air mail setting.
