Update required for iPhone 4

update required for iPhone 4 , iOS 7.1.2 . I can't complete the activation request . I got error 0xe8000004 . Plzzzzzzzzzz change the activation policy and give new update for iPhone 4 or give the older version of iOS . Plzzzzzzzzzz close 7.1.2 update immediately. And save the iPhone 4 users .

tips:

this is the problem of wifi hardware .please remove the wlan MAC address verification rule from the iOS 7.1.2 activation policy and give new update for iPhone 4 users or give older version iOS
