how do I update the glossary

I made a glossary and added all of the words. some of the words in the glossary dont have a link and the add now button is greyed out because the glossary word has been added. How do i re connect a word already in the glossary so it links to the word in the book?

wow, i guess thats pretty complex wording! I hope you know what i mean

I think I understand what you mean. You need to select the word you want to add to the glossary, and use the drop-dwon box "index link for:" and choose the proper term and click on the button "add link". This will add the instance of that word to the list of pages in the glossary.
