Daily Kernel Panics

Hey guys,

I'm on a Mid 2011 21.5-inch iMac (a 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7) running OS X 10.7.5.
It's Kernel Panicing at least twice daily - making it essentially a useless pile of time sponge.

It's been this way for ages - I just thought I was overloading it with Video Editing and Music Recording demands. I've reinstalled Lion several times (including complete Drive wipes), removed third part drivers (including my Audio Interface) - and it's still dying all the time.

Can anyone help me sort this out so it runs properly?
