I cannot upload files made by joining cd's

I cannot upload files made by joining 2 or more cd's, iTunes Match cannot upload them. My "songs" are classical, sometimes entire operas, for example. The joiner produces MP4 files. Any ideas, perhaps an appropriate joiner, I use something called "freevideojoiner". All help appreciated.
