Q: de-authorization question

I have hit my limit of desktops that can be authorized. The instructions say to go to one of the computers that are authorized and de-authorize all of them. However, I no longer have access to any of desktop computers that are authorized. How do I de-authorize all my computers if I don't have access to any of them?

Deauthorize all computers - http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT6283#Deauthorize_all

If you really have to have access to one of the authorized computers and do not, contact iTunes Customer Service Contact - http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact.html > Get iTunes support via Express Lane > iTunes > iTunes Store

Unfortunately, those instructions do not help me as I don't have access to an authorized computer. I am not given the option to deauthorize all.
