Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, you want to cancel iTunes Match. I would recommend that you read these article, the first says how to turn off Auto-Renew. The second says how to report a problem with a purchase.
Subscribe to iTunes Match - Apple Support
Turn off Auto-Renew from a computer:
- Open iTunes. Download the latest version.
- Choose Store > Sign In.
- Enter your Apple ID and password.
- Click Sign In.
- Choose Store > View My Account. You might be asked to re-enter your Apple ID password.
- In the "iTunes in the Cloud" section, click Turn Off Auto-Renew to the right of iTunes Match.
Turn off Auto-Renew from an iOS device using iOS 7.1 or later:
- Choose Settings > iTunes & App Stores.
- If you're not already signed in with your Apple ID:
- Tap the Apple ID field.
- Enter your username and password.
- Tap Done on the onscreen keyboard.
- Tap your Apple ID name.
- Choose View Apple ID.
- From the Account Settings page, scroll down to the iTunes in the Cloud section.
- Tap the iTunes Match Renewal toggle so that it slides to the left.
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
Have a good one,
Mario
