How do I synchronize iTunes on all of my Apple devices? I want to be able to access my entire collection on any of my devices, iPod through iMac.

My wife and I have a collection of Apple products: 2 iMacs, a MacBook, two iPads, two iPhones, and two iPhones. We have an extensive collection of music as well, some fro iTunes, others from cd's in our collection. We would like to be able to access the collection from any of our devices, but for now, it's scattered across our different computers. How can we draw it all together and make sure it is on all devices?
