How do I match move an object to angle down, up, left and right with another object. ex. A hologram on my wrist that rotates down and up when I rotate my wrist down and up?

Unfortunately, M5s tracker isn't 3D …
It offers a 4-point tracker, to replace your watch' face, but not to hover a pic 'above' the display.
It misses the z-axis info ... (a better tracker is on everyone's wish list)
But there's a plug-in, with exact that feature:
