Q: IOS 6 in 2015
Ok, my question is really simple, can I still use IOS 6 in 2015, even if the apps are outdated, I know, I know, they are outdated, but like, can I still have Twitter, like install it on the phone, or Instagram, can I still Install the outdated apps, or I will see a message like "you need to have IOS 7 to install this app"???
And I know the apps are outdated, but if there's any error on the app. I'm not saying to update the app, because I think that is not going to happen, so like, if I report error on the app, can I still be helped, like with an ultra-mini-update just for the errors, not to change anything, just errors! They will update apps on the IOS6 just for errors?
iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.1.6

You can keep iOS 6 on the iPhone. The number of Apps you can download directly will get smaller as time goes by though. but there should still be some iOS6 compatible Apps in the store.
As to compatible versions of Apps that require newer iOS versions, its up to the developer of each App to maintain older versions in the store for download.
If there are any available you can access them by first downloading the App on iTunes on a computer, and then following these steps:
Install the latest compatible version of an app on an earlier version of iOS or OS X - Apple Support
Whether App developers will fix errors on the older versions is again up to them. You can report it to the App developer, but I wouldn't expect them to fix errors old versions of Apps as its likely those same fixes were implemented on the newer versions already.
