Q: Mid 2012 13" randomly shut off

My Macbook won't turn on, charge or do anything. I tried resetting the SMC and nothing happens. I don't think it's the Macbook charge because it was working and the laptop just randomly shut off. When i try to cut it on it makes no sound is it possible for a broke Iphone charger to fry the logic board????
