Siri understands, but doesn't respond

Siri understands what I say and prints correct dictation on the screen but I don't get any results back for anything. For example: I say "What time is it?" it is printed to the screen but nothing back. This used to work fine then just stopped working.

Already tried all the basic things like turning siri off and on in settings, turning phone off and on, resetting network settings, airplane mode off and on, etc.

Any ideas?
