my iphone 6 will not ring while locked , and the do not disturbed is not on

iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.3

I understand that your iPhone is not ringing when it is locked. I would suggest the following for troubleshooting sound issues with your phone.

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support
