How can I tell which Apple ID my phone is registered to?

I travelled extensively last year, and in each country I created a new Apple ID with a local address so I could download region-specific apps while I was there since some are blocked except to users in the intended country. I used at least a half dozen or more Apple IDs and a different throwaway email address for each one -- one of those 'burn' services. Now I'm back home, and I was updating my Apple ID info when I saw my iPhone 5 wasn't registered with the rest of my devices. I tried to add it, but I was told it was registred to a different Apple ID. I have no way of knowing which one I registered it on, and because I used a 'burner' email address, I can't reset my passwords for the Apple IDs I can't get back into. How can I either: A) find out which account it's registered to, or B) force-register it to my main Apple ID here in the US?
