If you are referring to your iWork files, you need to download and install iWork (Pages, Keynote, Numbers) Apps on your iOS device.

So, you mean the files you can see on iCloud.com? You can only see those if you have Pages on your iOS device. I believe that PDFs saved in iBooks are only in iBooks.
