I have only one speaker working out of my ipod shuffle ?
Is there anything I can do about this ?

There is no speaker on the iPod shuffle 4th gen.

Coming from my headphones . And No it is not the headphones , i have tried them on another source and they work fine.
its probably the headphone jack on your iPod. in which case you will have to replace it, ether thru apple or do it yourself via ifixit.com.
