i have used my friend's apple id in my phone and without noticing i have signed in into icloud ..... from past few days iam n ot speaking with my friend due to some reasons.... he had changed his apple account password.... now iam unable to use my phone .....what should i do now to come with this problem....?
Either delete the icloud account or ask your friend. Why would you be using apple id for anyways.

Take the phone and proof of purchase from an authorized reseller to your local Apple Store. You must be able to prove original ownership of the phone in order for Apple to remove the activation lock if it's locked with someone else's Apple ID.
boss the phone was bought in london and it is gifted by my sister in india so i won't have any papers of the phone.....
Well then, you had better start talking to your friend again pretty quickly or there is nothing you can do.
