Hi guys. My iPhone default camera app was completely freeze after I press the stop recording button. I cant switch from video recording mode to camera,slo-mo mode and etc... However when I check in the gallery the recorded video was there, but completely broken; "Cannot open video".

After reviewing your post, it sounds like the Camera App froze and the content you were recoding didn't work. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
if you force close the app and try again does it still freeze?

Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If the Camera App is still freezing then follow this as a last step.
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support

It's not the normal freeze that you think it is. This freeze thing only happened when I stop recording video. Same thing happened when I try to record slo-mo and timelapse video.
1) I open the camera app.
2) Swipe the screen from camera mode to video recording mode.
3) Touch the red button(record).
4) Then I stop the video recording.
5) The screen froze. Cant even swipe the screen to change mode. Cant even view the previous recorded video.
6) I check my gallery. The video was there but, cant be opened.
7) I restore my iPhone.
8) Repeat 1 until 6.
