AFter four attempts apple hve simply been unable to restore my missing purhcases to my account, why is this so difficult?

Four of my albums have dissappeared from my account, i have emailed apple itunes four times and they keep sending me the same instructions which simply do not work,i keep telling them it is not helping but each advisor just repeats the same unhelpful info
