Can you view your song on the match site, in a format similar to iTunes?

I don't understand your query! iTunes match scans your library to determine what tracks can be matched or needs to be uploaded. It does not touch the tracks in your library unless you opt to delete the original and download the matched version. If you have an iOS device, the tracks in the cloud will be either the matched track from the Apple servers or the uploaded track from your library.
