Importing settings

I have several hard drives on my Mac Pro. One runs OS X 10.8.5 and uses Logic 9.1.8. On another drive, I'm running the newest OS X 10.10.1, running the newest version of Logic X. Since most all of my work has been done on Logic 9, I'd love to import my channel strip/VST Instrument settings/saves programs into Logic X. When I go to the folders on the hard drive containing theses settings, the folders are empty. Can any one help?
