Forgot security questions and don't have a back up email

I have forgotten my security questions, and went on here to look and see how I can reset them. I saw that there is supposed to be a link that I can click on (under passwords and security) when I'm in the manage account area, but I don't see it because I apparently never set up a back up email. So how can I reset my security questions?
