Forgot iCloud password and security questions how to bypass

i have an iphone5s forgot iCloud password and the security questions. Cannot logout out of Icloud nor download apps

is there a way around this? ive spoken with several techs no one seems to know a way around this. Does anyone out there know how?

Your icloud password is suppose to be the same that your apple id. Or the only way to find your password it's to call apple at: 1-800-275-2273
