Hi , won't be downloaded my *.dmg file in web-GUI

Hi Apple engineer ..

**** , i cloud not download my *.dmg (8.54GB) file from iCloud storage by web-GUI.

3 Qutation_tool.dmg

please send me direct download link as soon as possible !!! or please open FTP to download my file .

even also not synced every my Macs .

and syncing is too slow ( download direction ) .

please check this issue why frequently have been happened ..
