I ordered a magsafe power converter. I received an email that it was delivered to my house. I tracked the order online and it states that it was delevered a couple of days ago. It was NOT received. I still want the converter. Who do I contact at Apple?

You can also check with the carrier that claims to have delivered it - use the tracking number when you contact them.
FWIW, I had a small package that was delivered to my house. I didn't see it but it turned out it blew off my porch and under some shrubs. Same thing happened to a friend of mine.
In this area (suburban), we've had quite a few instances of "porch thieves" - they actually follow the UPS truck, pull up, get the package, and drive off. Many of them caught on security cameras; one was caught as the camera showed her license plate.....
I actually had an iMac dropped off on my porch without the carrier getting a signature. Anyone could have walked off with it. Luckily no one did. Also happened with a printer. That one didn't even have a plain cardboard shipping box. Just the normal manufacturer's box with photos of the printer all over it. đ
Carriers are getting bad about asking for a signature when they are supposed to.
That's surprising as Apple requires a signature on pricey stuff (iMacs and such) - or at least that's what the terms say.
Exactly. I was surprised. Apple was surprised. As I said, carriers are getting bad. One driver signed my name to a package and dropped it off. He was fired. Hooray! đ
