I keep getting this error message every 1 or 2 minutes since I have updated to iOS 8.1.3. No perceived loss of functionality except this annoying message that keeps popping up. Noticed this first after upgrading to iOS 8.1.3. No new apps installed and a reset of all settings didn't help.
Any ideas whats going on?

According to the results of a Google search that I did, it appears that is an Airtel carrier error. I suggest you contact them about the issue. There seem to be a number of these Temporary Errors plaguing people's phones.

Thanks for the information, that solves it. Had to get the sim card changed from Airtel.
