some of my iphones apps said cleaning after i went to a website about clash of clans i downloaded a antivirus i couldnt scan and is this a virus because i did download lots of stuff by me is it trying to clear space and its accidently deleting contents of stuff

There are no viruses on ios. Second there is no need for an antivirus. Sounds like you accessed some malware in safari. Clear the safari cache.
Is your phone jailbroken?
I Downloaded lookout it's better and my phone is not jail broken nothing bad happened maybe my phone just panicked because it was like out of memory
