iMessage and FaceTime won't activate.

I'm currently trying to activate my iMessage and FaceTime. But it keeps saying "waiting for activation" and when I enter my account info it says " umable to log in. Check network settings" I have the current 8.1.3 update. I'm able to do everything els as in Internet and FB; This problem just started happening today and I'm on deployment at the moment.... Really appreciate anyone who can help!!

PS. I have tryed everything i have seen on Google and YouTube, nothing helped
